When you get a chance turn on A/C and open hood to see if fan is on.
It would ne a coincidence but the clutch for A/C compressor could have bad relay and so could cooling fan.
There is also a PCM or small board cicntrol box that handles fans and takes' these parameterers into consideration when it turns on fan. Usually called a Fan Control Box.

If you can, get a repair shop to get an OBD trouble code reading and that will help to isolate the source of the problem.

So, try watching fans with A/C on and greading and let me know how it goes. Et an OBD
