Flashing D4 light on the dash

I have a 1992 honda accord and somtimes it dont start right back up after I turn it off. I have to wait for the D4 to stop flashing then it starts

The PGM-FI main relay is faulty. Remove and resolder the contacts of the circuit board should solve the problam.

This is a known common fault for Honda vehicles from 1990 to 1998.
