I have low oil pressure, always between 0 and 15. The truck never knocks or anything so I changed the oil sending unit and it didnt change. The oil starts at 10 or 15 and sometimes goes all the way to zero, raising as I hit the gas a little but not much and gets super low at stop signs and when it warms up almost holds no pressure. Oil levels are good. There is no knocking and looking down the oil cap oil is getting to the top of the engine. What could be going on?

With mileage it can be bearing wear as those engines came from factory with high clearance. As long as you don't hear noise dive it. You might try using a filter like NAPA. WIx, Purolator or delco as sometimes that causes that.
