Truck wont turn over

Vehicle stalled at light, restarted for a brief moment sputtered and stalled, there was a squeal like power steering makes sometimes now when you try to start it, the fan and belts just*****, you can here the starter try to engage but wont turn. Im also unemployed and broke

With the vehicle stalling and wont turn over then I would check if the engine even turns over. Sometimes if the altinator or power steering seizes up then it could keep the engine from starting. Try removing the Belt and see if it turns over and starts. If it does not you have elliminated the power steering, water pump or altinator from being the problem. If it does start DO NOT let it run for any amount of time. Shut it off and check each pulley to see where the problem is.
