Could be compression, timing, or a fuel system needing cleaning.

I am running fuel system cleaner in it today to try it. Is there a way to change the timing even though it is all electronic?

Nope. Generic answer. If it's timing, it's a sensor or computer issue.
Check the crankshaft position sensor at the end of the crank on the right side of the engine. Make sure it is properly installed and gapped.
