My speed odometer is not working

The mpg reading has lines in it, and the temperature reading has lines in it. It pops in an out? Sometimes when I drive it just starts working?

You will have to replace the speedo head. They sell rebuilt panels at the dealer. The panel digits and information will not be displayed.
