I need to bypass alarm on my car I went to start it and it was dead on the dash it said to wait 3 mins and restart I did this several times and still wont start I read in article on here about the cylinder and resistors could u explain in more detail so I can understand how to do this

The computer system in your vehicle has to recognize the resister in your key. If it doesn't, the car will usually start for a few seconds and shut itself off. However, it doesn't sound like that is the case. Is the engine cranking at all? Have you checked the battery?
