1992 Cadillac EL Dorado Car wont start rolls in park

My parents have an Eldorado they pulled in the garage put the car in park and turned the car off the car started to roll they set the ebrake and tried to start the car it will not start in park or in neutral. All the lights come on like normal bu the engine does not turn over.

Probably the shift selector out of adjustment. Look on the transmission for the shift cable and where it is attached. That is the switch neutral safety When in neutral the lever lines up with I believe a small hole. If off adjust linkage. Just to see move shifter from neutral to D see if it starts. If is does then it needs attention.
