My 3.8 v6 didn't start this morning. It turns over but no spark, fuel pump seems to be running, tried starting fluid, no go. I'm thinking and have been told it might be the ignition module any way to have them check it to see if it's good or could it be something else?

Could be the ICM or the crankshaft position sensor-Scan the computer for code/s-start here-also go to this link under the igniiton system: https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-cranks-but-wont-start

Thanks for the info sorry it took so long to reply, but as it turned out it was the top coil that was bad. A friend had a spare put it on started right up. Seems I didn't check it at the coils. Lesson learned.
