92 Buick Park Ave stalls while driving, now wont start at all

92 Buick Park Ave started stalling while driving, it would start back up eventually, but run rough and keep stalling on the way home. Now it will turn over, but not start. If by chance it does start after turning it over numerous times, it runs rough and blows black smoke. Tried spraying carb cleaner in intake and still would not start. There are no codes except #12 and it blinks 3 times. Changed fuel filter, fuel pump, pressure regulator, crank pos sensor, cam sensor. Had a new Icm and coil last year.

DTC - 12 No distributor reference pulse

If you're using carb cleaner and won't fire up-Best check the ignition system again, ICM and coil-also check if you're getting injector/s pulses-which I doubt
