Got a 1992 bmw 325i, it over heats after 30 min running or driving. Radiator coolant leaks from the radiator cap and no where else. So it looses coolant. I doubt it's a blown head gasket because there's no smoke from the tail pipe, no stress on the engine, no power loss, no misfires, car always turns on strong. When I drive it, after 30 min I have to cool it down, take off cap so it can release pressure and cool down, after it cools, it's back to normal temperature and runs good, until it over heats again after 30 min.

If youre loosing coolant out of the cap the caps leaking. It shouldn't do that. Do you have heat in the car with it running? If not then your water pump isn't pumping. If you do, then your fan clutch is probably to blame. If its working, you can check for a blown head gasket with a simple little kit that has colored liquid in it. You put blue liquid in a tube that goes over the radiator fill hole, then run the car. If exhaust gets in the water from the combustion chamber then the water will turn yellow. Its cheap and you can get them at any auto parts store

Yes, steam comes out of a lil hole I have to unscrew the plastic screw it a bit, so the steam could come out. The fan runs aswell, I had it pressured test already, they said it was ok, no leaks, but idk about a blown head gasket cuz it has no symptoms of one.
