1k idling rpm is already much higher than the standard specs of 700 rpm. Why do you need to have it run at a high idling of 1.5k?

Check the exhaust for signs of oil leaking onto it causing the smoke and burning smell, that is the most common cause.

I changed it to 1.5rpm cuz it kept goin under 1rpm n the car felt like it was gunna die. I changed it to 8rpm n its idalin fine so ill see if it stop smoking. And theres no leaks. I lookd around let it run for awhile didnt see any leaks.

Oil leaks seldom drips fast. Mostly they would just seep through gaskets or seals and needs some time to get to the ground. One way of checking is to get under the vehicle and note if the lower part of the engine compartment has signs of oil contamination.

Get the throttle body and EACV cleaned and readjust the idling speed to see if it stabilises.
