1991 Toyota Corolla my car siezed

While I was driving my tires locked up in left skid marks and wouldnt let me move the car starts but it will not drive what does this mean

If both locked up, then I don't feel it is related to the brakes. Have you checked to make sure the axles are both in place and not damaged?
