1991 Saturn SL1 Problems

1991 Saturn check engine light, Code 26 came on what is this? The fuse box under the hood, all of the fuses with TRS and TCC are not working. Please Help

Is this code 26 in the engine computer that you flashed out of the service engine soon light?Also the car shift good?The fuses you mentioned arent always hot for the transmission. If the code 26 code is in the engine computer its a quad driver fault code. There is a lot on the quad driver circuit the radiator cooling fan the egr solenoid canister purge solenoid speedometer dash warning lights your power seat belt. The list goes on and on.
