My windows won't roll up or down, how can I fix this problem

Check fuses and the relay first, if all are out it will probably be fuse or relay related, start here.

Thank you for the quick response. Actually m y driver side window works but the other 3 windows will not work at all. I know what a fuse is, but what is the relay and how do I check it?

Check the window master switch, input test the right front, left rear and right rear window motor connectors to see if the connectors are getting power and ground when you operate the switches.
