Car will not start. It has been sitting but I start it and let it run every so often without any trouble. Wen t to start it the other day and just cranks. Shot carb cleaner in the throttle body and fired right up but died when cleaner was burned. Changed fuel filter and checked fuel pressure at the rail and it is 40psi and holds with only a 3lb drop in 30 mins. Seems to me that the injectors are not firing. Other wierd thing that popped up is as soon as the car is turned on the fans are running.

The first thing you need to check is the fuel injectors to see if they are getting power. Based on your description, they aren't injecting fuel. You will need a noid light to do this. They are cheap to purchase, or many parts stores will lend or rent you one. Basically, you unplug the injector and plug the noid light into the power side of the wiring. Have a helper crank the engine and the light should pulse. Check that first. If there is no power, check for corrosion where the injectors plug into the PCM or if maybe even a mouse got in there and chewed on some of the wiring. It's odd that the fans turn on right away. It could be a faulty relay or a short to power.
