Dodge 350 engine not shutting off

Why won't the 360 gas engine of my 1991 Dodge Ram W350 shut off when I turn off the key? I have replaced the keyed lock cylinder and the ignition switch, but it still will not turn off. I have to pull the coil wire to shut it off. What could be the problem?

Are all the accessories and dash gauges and lights shutting off with the key?

Yes. The accessories and dash gauges and lights did shut off when the key was turned off. I have solved the problem. It was a bad starter relay.
