Checked codes found #22 TBS sensor changed sensor, cleared codes ran ok for a day or 2 but started to idle high. Was idling for about 20 mins and started to run a little rough. Shut car off and tried to restart would not start. Checked for codes using jumper wire while car wouldn't start and it just flashed off and on along with coolant light. Would not flash code 12 like it normally does 1st and was making loud clicking noises from engine like relays going off and on. Waited 10 minutes car started again checked for codes again flashed 12 and no other codes. Is the ecm going bad and if so where is it located? Would appreciate any ideas on what it might be. Thanks

Check out the tps code. You can use digital multimeter on the tps signal wire. With key on, vehicle doesn't need to be running, watch the voltage reading while you work the throttle. See if the voltage reading moves up and down smoothly?

As far as the ecm, I'd check voltage and grounds circuits to the ecm first. You can also check ref voltage at any engine sensor, where applicable, key on, the voltage comes from the ecm.
