1990 Dodge Van runs rough

HI AND THANKS! I'VE CHANGED THE ELECTRONIC FUEL PUMP BUT FORGOT THE "SOCK" STRAINER. TANK WAS THOROUGHLY CLEANED. I ALSO CHANGED THE REGULATOR, FILTER AND FUEL PUMP RELAY AND THE ASD RELAY. My van bogs and runs rough but does not stall. I then turn it off and on it will run nice until a mile or so it repeats the process. I hope it's not the computer!

Sock is very important to protect the pump. I recommend installing it to prevent future failure.

As far as the runs rough, have the actual fuel pressure checked to verify it is working properly.
