1990 Chrysler New Yorker speedometer and odometer

I replaced the input and output speed sensors and my speedometer and odometer still don't work. Fuses are also good. Hope you can help me. Thank you

It may be a bad cluster have it checked to see if it is or a wiring issue like a broken wire etc.
