Does the problem occur at idle or driving down the highway, or both? Did you use a gage to check fuel pressure? Clean throttle-body? Check for vacuum leaks? EGR issue? Any applicable mil codes? An intermittent issue can be a pain to track-down. You have to test when the problem is ongoing.
