Clanging Rattling Sound
I have a 1990 Silverado, 350 with 700r trans.
this noise happens in idle, in gear at a stop and under load as well. I can't pin point if it is engine or transmission. Motor was rebuilt over a yr ago and truck run great and noise does not get louder under load.

Sound like there is an internal problem. If it is just something loose at this point, when it is under load the loose parts are not as free to move about. This does not mean there is not a problem that you should not have diagnosed by a certified repair shop,
Do so ASAP.
