I have a golf 2 (jumbo) I did put a new starter in and alternator I had problems that the car did not want to start it started but the engine kept on running we took it back to the guy who did the starter for us he put a nother starter in and no starting she dosnt even push start and the battery runs flat can you help what can we check or how?

Positive wire in the starter motor. What for a technician is that guy! A butcher?

Make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight. Also, check the battery to make sure it has a charge.
