I kick start everyday cause my car wont start normally so I have check timing, I bought new battery, put new plugs, and when I drive it cut power like it want to stop, when I need it to idle I had to use accelerator soon as I get my foot of it stop and I bought new carberator and new petrol pump, and the egine was reconditioned and when I rerve it make that sound of gun on new carberator and it breath oil

Abnormal noise from engine and excessive blow-by means the engine has not been reconditioned correctly. You need to have the work rechecked.
