A few things could cause this.... improper choke adjustment, oxygen sensor, dirty fuel circuits inside the carb. You may want to scan it to see if it has stored any codes that may give us a direction to begin

For such driving conditions, the mileage seems poor, getting less than 10 km per liter.

Do the spark plugs indicate good combustion or engine is running rich?
Is it manual or automatic transmission and do you have performance issues?

Manual transmission
the car sometimes hold back/spoking alot
When I go up a hill it will hold back in second gear and shuddenly release when I am on top of the incline
the colour on the spark plugs is more black ten grey.I would say it is dark brown

Light brown is good, Dark brown means slightly rich.

The hesitation seems to be the cause of the problem. Carburettor might require servicing

I have clean it because I also thought that was the issue
I forget to mention that the idle is also a bid rough
I was thinking it might be the mixture settings on the carb

How did you clean the carburettor?
Was it tuned correctly? A CO meter would be required for accurate adjustments.

Turns out it was the MAP sensor. Replaced it and she's running great again, only cost me about $50.00

Were glad you got it figured out. In the future keep in mind Carb cleaner is only for cleaning the throttle barrel and not the internal circuits. You should try adjusting the CO and see if it helps.
