I do not know much about your vehicle

Check obvious things 1st!

Check your fluid level, with your rig running and in park

Look under it and insure the drive shaft(s) are still there and are still connected (I've seen 'em stolen!)

Look for fluids on the ground

Did it make any kind of racket or noises before it stopped working?

Is your transfer case maybe---ACCIDENTLY---Knocked into the NEUTRAL POSITION?
