Was the fuse blown? Look down in the lighter base to see if anything has fallen in their. Use a test light to check to see if the base is getting power in the center. If you have power try another lighter element from one of the other lighters in the car. If you have no power to the center of the base check the wiring harness for power. If it has power on the connector then you will have to replace the lighter base. Just use a screwdriver to loosen and remove the base and replace it.
