1991 Chrysler 5th Avenue my radio is on and wont play becau

I got this car a couple of days ago and it works fine until something happened with the radio its on but the antenna doesent come up, and on the radio there a two letter NR which I dont know what that means

Hi:

NR is feature the raido has, Noise Reduction. If the antenna is electric and doesn't go up, chances are the motor is bad on it. However, it could be a short. If you would like to check it, find the motor (under the antenna) and check if there is power coming to it. Let me know what you find.
