I'm trying to replace an alternator?

I need help! I'm trying to replace an alternator on an 89 chevy celebrity 2.8l. I cant figure out which pulley is the tensioner on the belt.

The pic showed is right and it is easy to do
and him saying your over your head
i don't think so
i am sure you can do it
