I have a 1988 Honda CRX HF, And out of the 4cylinders I only have 2 cylinders firing correctly. I have changed the Plugs, Wires, and the Distributer Cap and button None of these fixed the problem it is still not firing correctly on the 2 inner cylinders. What could be the problem?

(Could it be dirty ECM causing it to short out the 2 inner Plugs that are not firing Correctly)

If you have spark at one cylinder you will spark at all cylinder, so you need to do a compression test, or better yet disable the spark at the distributor and crank the engine over listen to the engine is it smooth and rhythmic? Or does it crank with a high then low uneven sound? If it does you have a compression problem.

Check the PCV valve if the compression test pans out.
