Looks like threaded fitting on one end and quick connect fitting on the other end. Make sure there is no pressure on the system before taking any lines loose. A couple of wrenches will work on the threaded end. The autostore sells a tool for quick connect fitting. Some fittings I can take loose with a pair of needle nose pliars. Probably best to use proper tool.
