Yes, I have a 1988 corvette with 108k miles. I have recently replaced the headlight motor, and assembly but my headlight cover isnt straight when I reinstalled. Could the new bracket assembly be too short, could I install the new motor on the new bracket assembly to get it to work?

Yes, it could be too short. Compare it to the old one. Also, it's been awhile, but I believe they are adjustable. Check to see if there is a way to adjust it. I can't believe that car is 23 years old!
