1987 Toyota Pickup Rattling Sound Coming Engine Area Pickup Rattles During

I have a rattling sound coming from the engine area of my pickup. It rattles during idling and also while driving. The higher the RPMs the more severe the noise but while traveling at freeway speeds the rattling is constant even with clutch engaged. Any ideas?

Without knowing where the noise is coming from and what component is related, definitely we have no idea what could be wrong.
