I bought this car with a blown head gasket, I had the head milled and bought a ROL gasket for it and it blew the gasket between cylinders 2 and 3, im 99.9% sure the head was properly torqued down, any ideas what could have caused this gasket to go within the 10000 miles it had on it. Any and all ideas will be greatly appreciated. I DONT want to this job again.
Thanks
Joe

Did you use new head bolts?

Did you change the thermostat? How about the radiator?

If no overheating had occurred after replacement of the head gasket, either the head bolts were not torqued correctly or the head gasket quality is suspect.
