I have a 85 camaro sport 2.8l v6 and it wont run right, when I step on the gas it wants to die, when I let it idle, it runs for about 45 seconds then dies, it wont move more than 50 ft without dieing, any suggestions? Ive replaced the fuel pump, fuel line, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, spark plugs, spark plug wires, idle air control valve, vacume hoses & Ive tried running it with the mass airflow sensor disconnected, then the pcv valve disconected, then the egr valve disconnected & she still dies? Can somebody please help, im a single father of 5 & now have no car to get my kids to school, thanks guys

It sounds like you have done a lot already. When it is running (in park or neutral) does the engine rev normally? Also, has the check engine light come on? Based on everything you have done, have you checked the intake for leaks, catalytic converter for being plugged, has the check engine light come on, has the crank sensor been checked?

Finally, does the engine start right back up for you?

Let me know,
Joe
