What's the procedure to get them out and replaced? Can't hardly see them let along get a plug wrench on them.

Some GM vehicles, the plugs are easier to get from the bottom? Safely raise and support the vehicle, if you try from the bottom. You have to use your own initiative and judgement, what's easy for you, might not be the easiest for me. I'm not aware of any step by step procedure?

On my 2001 Camaro I cut down a spark plug socket and used a Gear wrench to turn it. It works fine with minimal troubles. You actually tunnel yourself forward just under the coil packs working your way forward They actually sell the modified sockets on e-bay now. Hope this helps.
