Engine wont start

My car wont turn over after I replaced the radiator after I blew and a heating line and also the coil I charged batt and still nothing radiator blew cause it froze cause I put water in it

How cold did it get? Can you put socket on crank bolt and turn engine?

It got down to 14 but after it blew it sat for 3 days cause I couldnt get it towed back
