In South Africa Nissan Sentra bubble type

In South Africa Nissan Sentra bubble type. It has licked oil by the third wheel under that wheel next to the oil pan. I have noticed that over the wheel bolt there is a lick of oil. I have tried removing the bolt that holds the wheel but all wheels move when I do so. I would like some assistance on it if the problem is ther because the car wont start when I turn the key I hear a click sound only. Please help I know the car is old but am very attached to it.

I can't understand your question.
Can you show us a picture of the leak?
What wheel are you refering to?
Did you try a jump start? Battery could be weak or the starter is bad.
