After driving my Lincoln Mark VI for 30 minutes my speedometer and clock/tripometer clusters begin to go crazy and beeps constantly. Can you tell me what component controls mt these digital readouts?

I need a schematic of the vacuum lines on the motor of a 1981 Lincoln Mark VI signature as the Ford dealer does not know because they have no manual
