Cold start problem

I have a 1980 BMW 320i 1.8L, hard to start when it's cold runs good when warmed up. I think it's the cold start injector or warm-up regulator. What would be more likely?

The warm up regulator or the cold start injector could both be suspect. I would lean towards the cold start injector
