1979 Chevrolet Malibu no crank

My Malibu is not cranking over. The battery is new and fully charged, ignition switch is new, starter is new, fuses are good. Their is power getting to the starter, but when I turn the key it doesn't crank over, I hear a single click sound from the starter but that's it, I have no idea what else it could be and I need it running.

Check fusible links in pic they are red an drun off of starter. Then check purple wire to see if it is getting power. Also test to see if starter an dbattery are getting same power.
