If your talking the hose's going into the heater core then you could have a restriction. Unhook the hose's and see if you can blow air thru the heater core freely.

So there is 3 hose's going into the heater core going into the firewall? That vacuum control your taking about is on the heater box not on one of the hose's?Also does your car have auto climate control? Are you getting air into your cabin when you turn on the blower?

2 hoses come from water pump and 3rd one comes out of the bottom of heater core and goes back into the top of heater core. There in nothing between any of the hoses. Vacuum is on tho of heater box under hood close to windsheild.I am getting air in the cabin but it is not warm at all.

No just one of the hoses is grtting warm.I have flushed the heater core in every way but when I hook the hoses back up it still dont make heat. I do not have auto climate control. Heater core does not leak and it free in every way but fluid will still not flow when hooked up.

You said hose comes out of bottom and goes into top of core? This sounds like a bypass someone has done because of leak or heater controls stuck on hot. Remove that hose as it does nothing to add to function. Then determine how/which hoses should go to heater core.

That's a great idea I didn't catch the part about the hose that just bypasses around. So how many nipple's are on that heater core?Is there actually coolant even going into the heater core?

I own the same car and found if you have nice air blowin out then check the heat control slider and make sure the cable didnt break as where mine did so I just bent a new loop shortened the cables outside by clipping the hard wires around the middle slidding piece then you will have heat! Or take the 2 hoses to the top left and conect them to the 2 spots on the outer removeable heater cor cover bypassing the temp conrtoller to the hot water lines if any questions or info I can give email me at mcgriddles4u@live. Com

i am completely redoing this car so I know alot allready on this model
