I have installed 195/65/15 continental CC6 tires in the car listed above what do you suggest? Should I go back to 185/65/15 size. Size tire mentioned is 185/60/15 on the door side of the vehicle however 60 is not available instead 65 is available.

Will this over size will harm my suspension or this up-size change is minor change?

The second option I have is of Yokohama db 185/65/15.

Well the 195/65-15 works out to a 5% difference in tire size over stock. The 185/65-15 is a 3% over sized tire. The speedometer and odometer will both be wrong by those percentages. The other issues are in the transmission and engine computer, it is programmed with the stock size and that can change the shift points and even cause issues with the ABS unit not operating correctly.

Not sure where you are but if you can order online the stock size is very common in various brands. TireRack. Com shows Yokohama, Sumitomo, Goodyear, Firestone, Cooper, Hankook, Michelin and a couple others all make tires in the stock size.

As to your question if it will damage the suspension, probably not, that usually is not an issue unless you go to shorter sidewall and wider tires. But check for clearance at full steering lock as they could rub.

Thanks for the reply while with the stock size the car clearance is very short and when fully loaded the body touches the ground on speed beakers.

I am in Pakistan and how would you compare continental cc6 with Yokohama Advan dB v551?

So should I go back to 185/65/15R or 195/65/15R is fine?

Personally if nothing seems to be really wrong I would probably opt for the 195 tires, You could have a dealer or shop look in the books and see if it is possible to adjust the tire size the computer is programmed with. Or if they can correct a 5% error in the system. If they can, then do that and just stay with the larger tires, especially if you drive it loaded a lot.
