100 amp fuse blows every time I start the truck

My Toyota Hilux D4D alternator fuse 100amp blows every time I start the engine. It's about two to three seconds. The fuselink with 100amp blown.

The problem was solved sir. Thank you for replied back. It was a shorted wire, see the image below.
