Will not start

I went to work came out and nothing. We have changed the ignition switch, battery, starter, and starter relay and it still wont start. It does nothing, no sound, lights come on, but when I turn the switch over the lights go off.

Is the security or theft light on while cranking?

Can you do some voltage checks?

No the light is not on. When you crank it over there is no lights, but when you put the key in there is lights. No, I don't know how to do a voltage check.
