Will not accelerated past twenty mph

When I mash the gas pedal the car will not go past twenty miles per hour. I can mash the gas to the floor the rpm go high, but the car still does not go anywhere. Somebody told me spark plugs, somebody told me throttle body, somebody told me it is the transmission. Please help.

If you step down and the rpm's goes up but there is no acceleration to go with it you have transmission problems. First thing would be to check the transmission fluid level and condition. Unfortunately this is something you need a special tool for because they did not include a dip-stick on that transmission, as such you may want to just have a shop look at it and give you some quotes on repair/replace/rebuild.
