Will not turn over

Tried starting and it will almost start, but then it stalls and shuts off.

All electrical works.
All lights work and dim when trying to start it.

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it. See links. it may aslo be a security system problem so try a reset.
