Wipers will not turn off

I hit the bottom of the car on a speed bump and the wipers came on unexpectedly without me turning them on. I have tried turning off the car, but they still stay on. Do I need to take out the fuse to get them to turn off?

Hello, I'm Danny.

It sounds like when you hit that bump it might have caused some type of wiring damage. Here are tutorials showing how to test wiring and relays:

I've attached pictures below of the location of the window wiper relay and the fuse and circled in red. They are both located under hood in the ipm fuse-junction box. I've also attached below the window wiper wiring diagram to check the wiring. I've cut the picture in half so you can view larger. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
