Water pump replacement instructions

Took the car to the dealership to have new fans put in. After they had installed the new fans they pressure tested the system and having done this it caused a leak around the water pump area. They wanted to charge to fix a problem they had caused. The dealership said that when pressured tested the system it caused a gasket to leak. Can you please help with what gasket they may be talking about.

It cold be the seal which is inside the pump or the gasket where pump mates to engine timing chain arrows point to gasket and hole where water can leak with a bad seal
