2001 Volvo S80 MESSAGES, cODE

2001 Volvo S80 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 144550 miles

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2001 S80 2.9 VOLVO. I CONTINUE TO GET THESE MESSAGES AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY MEAN OR HOW TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM.
THESE MESSAGE LIGHT COMES ON:
SRS- AIR BAG SERVICE URGENT
ABS
STC BRAKES
MULTIPLE DIPPED BEAN LIGHT FAILURE
ENGINE LIGHT (COMES ON OCCASSIONALLY-CHECKED CODE IS P01711??)
SERVICE
THEN THE MESSAGE LIGHT WILL GO OFF AND WILL ONLY SHOW THESE 2 MESSAGES - DIPPED BEAM LIGHT AND SRS AIR BAG SERVICE URGENT.
PLEASE HELP, I AM DISABLED AND CAN NOT AFFORD TO BE TAKEN AS I USUALLY AM. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.

Dipp Beam means you have a headlight bulb that is out. So just have some one check your lights for proper operation and replace the ones that are out. As for the Check Engine, SRS, ABS lights all coming on you would need to take it in to a shop that has the proper equipement to scan all the modules in your vehicle. You may have a problem in the network circuit or a failing module itself so I could not give you any real assistance on here?
